This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all memberships, personal training packages, group classes, and services offered by Freedom Fitness through www.freedomfitness.in and at all physical locations.

By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

• All payments made towards gym memberships, personal training, group classes, offers, or packages are strictly non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Non-usage of services

• Relocation

• Health issues

• Personal or professional commitments

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once a membership or package is activated, it cannot be cancelled.

• Cancellation requests, if any, will not be eligible for refund or credit.

3. PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)

• Personal Training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Missed PT sessions will be treated as completed sessions unless prior notice is given as per trainer policy.

• PT validity cannot be extended beyond the purchased duration.

4. OFFERS, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

• Promotional offers such as:

• Year-End Sale

• EMI offers

• Pay Now – Start Later

• Complimentary extensions

are non-refundable and non-reversible.

5. PAY NOW – START LATER

• Activation must be done within the defined offer window.

• Failure to activate within the period will result in automatic lapse of benefits.

• No refund or extension will be provided for unactivated packages.

6. FREEZE / TRANSFER

• Membership freezing or transfer is not permitted, unless clearly stated in the purchased plan.

• Medical freeze requests may be considered only at management discretion, with valid proof.

• No refund will be issued in place of freeze or transfer.

7. GYM CLOSURE / SERVICE INTERRUPTION

• Temporary closure due to:

• Maintenance

• Government regulations

• Natural calamities

• Unforeseen circumstances

will not qualify for refunds or compensation.

• No extensions will be provided unless decided by management.

• Freedom Fitness is not responsible for:
